SHIPPING 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  

During the holidays, due to influx of orders, please allow 5 days for your order to be processed. Should you need your order by a certain date, please leave us a note at checkout.

Gift wrapping is available upon request. 

 

RETURNS 

 We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase from Waverly Wood. 

 In the instance you find your order not to your liking you are more than welcome to return full priced merchandise within 7 days of purchase.  

 Unfortunately, furniture, food, art, discounted items and gift cards are NOT returnable. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging or it is not eligible for a refund. 

Orders are eligible for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
